Weird time to write a journal. It is 4:20am and i gotta get up for work at 10:30am. My new work's been taking most of my time lately, 10 hour shifts really suck, at least in a week or two I'll be back to working 8 hour shifts.

Enough rambling. I know I haven't posted anything in ages, actually I haven't drawn all that much at all, I just doodle at work. But if anyone ends up reading this, don't worry I'm in an artsy mood again. Issue is that, like always, I don't have a clue what I want to draw.

There is something I do at work which works wonders when I want to draw but have no idea. I call that process "Abstract Creativity". I ask someone to draw some random abstract shape and I then try to make something out of it, sometimes the result is recognizable, sometimes it is even more abstract than the starting shape. Looking at the shape I try to think of what it looks like and what can be done with it. Then, I draw on it, modify it, and draw until I'm satisfied.

If anyone actually reads this, send me an abstract shape and I will draw something that will have been inspired by that shape. I will then upload those drawings to my gallery as it is in dire need of some filling. Just know that the end result might be a little sketchy, I rather like rough-looking drawings and will usually prefer a sketch to a finished drawing.

You can send me the shape any way you want, by e-mail, a link to a file-storage site, putting it in your scraps, anything really.

For now, I'm going to go get some sleep and I'll check back when i come back tonight.
